The Winter market is now open at the Legion, 66 Victoria Street, Annapolis Royal
Market Hours are from 9am until 12pm.
MARKET IS CLOSED THE 25th DECEMBER 2021 and the 1st JANUARY 2022
Following the guidelines of the province and the Legions guidelines Face masks are mandatory to shop at the indoor farmers market.
The Legion has also asked that everyone sign in incase it is needed for traceability and masks are mandatory but you DO NOT need to provide POV as farmers markets are an ESSENTIAL SERVICE.
Hand sanitizer is available upon entry and at all the vendors stands.
Through out the growing season we grow lots of vegetables that we store through the winter months.
Onions, carrots, garlic, swede/turnip/rutabaga, daikon radish, beets, parsnips, cabbage, squash, celeriac.
Currently we are still harvesting lots of vegetables from the field.
Salad turnips, leeks, PAC Choi, escarole, spinach, lettuce, Claytonia, radicchio heads.
During the depths of winter we harvest from cold hardy greens from our unheated hoop houses . Our aim is always to have fresh greens for you at market.
